Description
Designed and Built by me, I’ve been using this cold smoker for over 25 years. Ideal for use with standard sized food racks and hooks for hanging your produce. The cold smoker can be used with many smoke generators on the market including ProQ artisan cold smoker. There is also scope to add cold smoke through a pipe configuration which enters the cold smoker at the base.
